Save-Your-Breath.org respects your privacy.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties, ever.  We may use your personally identifiable information for our own internal markeing activities, or share it with certain affiliates or agents for the limited purpose of assisting us in carrying out our stated mission (e.g., we may provide your email address to a third party customer service organization or customer relationship manager).  We may make certain non personally identifiable information (e.g., statistical information about visitors to our site) available to third parties to assist them in evaluating our performance or to further our, or their, research and related activities. 

As used in this policy statement, "personally identifiable information" includes your name, address, phone number and email address, or other information that may be used to identify you individually.  It does not include any information about yourself, including the types of information enumerated above, when that information is posted by you on public areas of this site or on affiliated or social networking sites that is obviously intended for viewing by the general public (e.g., information contained in a personal story you make available to other visitors by posting to the "My Story" area of our "Getting Involved" page).  You are solely responsible for such content, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save-Your-Breath.org, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates against any actions or liabilities that may arise from any such content.
